Kumasi-based actor, Kwaku Manu in an interview with Amansan Krakye on GBC Central Radio revealed that the nature of Ghana’s educational system doesn’t support talent but rather prepares individuals for the job market.

He said although he’s not saying education is not important, he wants much emphasis to be placed on talent development which is the only medium through which we can solve problems in the country.

“I will advise everyone that education is very important but it’s not everyone that will be successful out of schooling. Even when it comes to learning a trade, two people can go into learning dressmaking but one might learn and complete the training ahead of the colleague.
